Hey all, it’s been a while.
No, there are no updates this time. Just informing everyone that I’m taking a break while I’m studying again. Unfortunatly I can’t find the time to keep writing. But I do intend to finish Jaded Marble, and at least do some more to All the Wrong Numbers and Salvation’s March.
To those who have written comments, thank you. They really make me want to keep writing. However, thanks to a group of idiots from Russia, I’m not going to publish any comments, as most I recieve are just botted links to dubious sites. If you want me to respond to your comment, add your contact details in with it.
And just a reminder that Jaded Marble is now an Alternate Universe story. It follows the Nanoha story up to and including Sound Stage X, but does not co-incide with Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha Vivid and Force.
With that said, you can find Vivid here: http://www.mangafox.com/manga/mahou_shoujo_lyrical_nanoha_vivid/
And you can find Force (aka season 4) here: http://www.mangafox.com/manga/mahou_senki_lyrical_nanoha_force/
Oh notice how it’s Mahou SENKI Lyrical Nanoha Force? Nanoha’s too old now. Perhaps I should change Jaded Marble to Senki too, seeing as Nanoha’s 25 in this story.

Chapter 3’s revision is now underway, as I thicken the sub plot before the main plot kicks into full gear. The family reunion has change very little from it’s original, just a few touch ups here and there. After it, though, is a new section with Carrington and Clarkson going over the death of the good General.

I forgot to mention in my last post that with the anouncment of Nanoha season 4, Jaded Marble now officially becomes an Alternate Universe story. Season 4 is also set 6 years after StrikerS (how ironic), so chances are there will be a clash between the two stories. Also, they state that Vivio is now 16. I don’t know about you, but Vivio looked a lot younger than 10 years old in StrikerS.
Returning back to Jaded Marble, the revision of Chapter 2 is now complete. It’s finished off with Nanoha’s encounter with Caprice and Yuuno, and then concluded with a new section, as Clarkson arives at the scene of last nights crime.
In other news, I’ve been dabling with creating wallpapers (again) in the down time. I’ve uploaded them all to a site for all who are interested. Most of them have had little done to them, simply resized and quickly cleaned up, but some I have spent more time in creating. Those that are mine have a note underneath them stating so.

Noticeably, it’s been quite some time since my last update. I apologize for this.
But anyways, I return with a new update to Chapter 2’s revision. Little has changed with the trip to Cranagan, but there’s a brand new bit after it. I’m not going to spoil it, so try to enjoy.

Taking an unusual break from Fable 2 and Fallout 3 (briliant games), I’ve decided to put down the revision of chapter 2 to start up Chapter 6.
By the way, why do they call Nanoha the White Devil? It was never mentioned in any of the shows that she was the White Devil, just A Devil.

And now it’s time to update Chapter 2 again. First off, while not being in the bookmark, several inconsistencies in the Carrington, Maybach and Clarkson conversation have been fixed. Also, after realising that I was being an incredibly lazy fool, I changed Clarkson’s first name to Jowett. Some British car.
In the new post for chapter 2 however, the breakfast scene with Nanoha, Fate and Vivio has been touched up slightly. There wasn’t much wrong with that to begin with. Then we have a new part, going over exactly what a Vindicator is as Clarkson’s making his way to the meeting with the enforcer commander, Jensen May (Another first name change, another British car of some sort). And then we have the reunion of Tiana and Nanoha, with some minor but very important changes.
For the definitions Vindicate, I used the online Merriam-Webster dictionary. Here’s the results.

It’s time to update the blog again, with another release for chapter 2. This time, there have been some slight changes in the way Nanoha tells Fate what happened. Slight, but important changes. You’ll understand later on, trust me.
And then we move on to a new addition to Chapter two, where you may witness Carrington try to piece together her new government with the aid of our friend Vindicator Clarkson. It also gives a proper prelude to the rank of Vindicator, what’s happening with Midchilda and introduces the a new addition to the slew of characters, Senator Charlie Maybach. Charlie’s name comes from Charlie Cox, presenter of Top Gear Australia, and the Maybach is the name of a German car I can’t be bothered going back into wikipedia to find more information about.

If you thought I was lying about not paying attention to chapter 2 in my previous post, you were wrong. Like with Chapter 1, the begining of Chapter 2 is considerably different, but then feeds back into what was originally written with several touch ups along the way.

I’ve already written a bit on this before I realised that Jaded Marble really needed to get done first. But seeing as I’m re-writing stuff anyway, I’ve re-written the prologue of Salvation’s March, which you may think of as “Episode 2.”
Before you go thinking that I’m not focusing on Chapter 2, don’t worry. I am. Honestly. I just had these ideas i needed to jost down really quickly. Honest.

While it’s still a while off from actually being written, I’ve decided to take a break from writing Jaded Marble to jot down the starting line for what can be considered as episode 3 of 4, called All the Wrong Numbers.
Neueburg is actually German for Newcastle, a city in Australia that I’ve modeled it after. Newcastle was once a mining city that was booming, but after the mining shaft operators went under, and then two earthquakes later, the city is now practically a ghost town with great potential to become incredibly popular again. The residence weren’t allowed to leave after the first earthquake for reasons I’m not aware of, but when they could leave, they were too poor to move away. Now, they’re too proud of the dying city to change it, or move away from it. It was an interesting problem that I couldn’t help but to use as reference material for a story.
The two rivers, Festung and Schloss translate to Fortress and Castle respectivly. I came across them while hunting for the German word for Newcastle.
